Can you believe it’s been a month since I wrote this newsletter?

I went on a well-deserved break. It only felt right to pause the newsletter (aka yet another commitment) as the blog was also on a break and I was knee-deep in teaching the students of :scale studio.

It’s actually great to step back for a while and just focus on what is infront of you instead of trying to spin all the plates at once. I really enjoyed :scale studio and even though we had our fair share of hiccups, some of the feedback I’ve gotten makes it totally worth it!

This past month has been feeling a little all over the place as I’ve come back to the office in-person for my final few weeks working as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant, have begun to prep for university next month and onboarded a few new team members for this brand.

It’s safe to say that there are a lot of emotions running around and various new bits and pieces coming my way but I’ve really learnt alot about myself over the past month.

A digital de-clutter is something I am recommending to all students at this time of year. I told myself a couple of months ago that I would be as prepared as possible for the year ahead studying MArch and part of that is about being smart.

I really enjoyed putting together the Literary Cafe ☕ blog post template this past week. I’ve finally become comfortable with sharing my ever-changing writing template which is of course created in Notion. I use this workflow to create all my blog posts and it’s got embedded tools and widgets as well as custom checklists to help you streamline the process of blog writing.

I’m very excited (and nervous) to be sharing with you a project that has been in the works for most of this year and I’m so honoured to be partnering with Archity and sponsored by The Office Group who are giving me the opportunity to speak at my first ever physical event!
