Believe it or not but I’ve been having probably the worst few weeks of my life. Not sure yet if this is burnout, a breakdown or just a constant feeling of terror.
Mix that in with the overwhelming pressures of starting a Masters degree, trying to keep on top of content creating and still making time to *rest*.
It’s been making me think more about whether our ideal version of ‘productivity’ is even worth it. Do we need to have complicated systems and routines set up to avoid failure or is it just as simple as doing what we enjoy whilst prioritising our health first?
I’ll be okay, but it makes me wonder how exactly students are supposed to find their feet and get accustomed to this new challenge.
